With over 20 years of professional engineering experience, Akiomi Monden began this journey in Osaka. After graduating with a Masters of Engineering degree with a focus in control theory from Osaka University, Akiomi joined the industry as an LSI designer and has been with Yokogawa since 1996.  Having held the positions as hardware engineer, software engineer, systems security engineer, IT infrastructure and security solutions manager -- Akiomi has a wealth of knowledge in many areas. Akiomi currently holds the position of IT Infrastructure Manager at Yokogawa headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.
